Andréa Bond – LMT, John Barnes Myofascial Release Practitioner

I have been studying and practicing manual therapy since 1996, receiving advanced training in Myofascial Release Therapy with John Barnes at his treatment center in Sedona, Arizona. As a life-long learner, I eagerly continue to study and refine my craft.

My treatments create more relaxation and ease in your body. I specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release techniques (MFR) to address discomfort, pain and restricted movement throughout the fascial system. I also incorporate trigger point therapy, energy work, sound healing and traditional Swedish massage when beneficial.

It’s an exciting time in manual therapy, with new fascia research advancing rapidly. As fascial tissue is everywhere and links up every part of the body, it is talked about in the offices of many allopathic and complementary health specialties as well as pain management clinics, by movement instructors, trainers and bodyworkers. The science helps us clarify fascia’s structure and function. The expanding knowledge helps practitioners develop more effective techniques.

My goal is to ease your pain and discomfort, improve your movement, and empower you with education and self-treatment practices.
